The outdoor pool was fantastic, with a lively atmosphere and stunning river views. The bar service was a bit slow. Live music added to the fun vibe, but the internet connection was weak at times.

The location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions. The live music in the lobby was a fun touch. The carpets in the rooms could be cleaner, as they made our socks dusty. Otherwise, the atmosphere is very relaxing and themed, perfect for unwinding after a day out.

Margaritaville Resort Gatlinburg offers an impressive experience with its beautifully decorated lobby, spacious rooms, and fantastic on-site spa. I loved the large shower and the thoughtful kitchenette.

I was really frustrated when I got charged for someone else's bill at check-in, totally over a thousand bucks! They fixed it, but no apology or compensation. The front desk staff just seemed indifferent, which made it worse.

The room featured two queens, which were quite comfortable. The temperature control worked well, keeping the room cozy. The aesthetics of the decor were pleasing, enhancing the overall vibe. the shower had mildew around the edges, which detracted from the cleanliness. The bathroom floor had sticky spots, and our room wasn't cleaned during our two-night stay. Noise from the linen area disrupted sleep past 5 AM, making it difficult to rest. The TV was sizable and enjoyable, but the service left room for improvement, especially with towel requests that were delayed.

Super clean rooms with comfy beds and big bathrooms.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but worth it.

The moment I arrived, the place was alive with color and warmth! The spacious room had a massive shower, and I loved sipping coffee on my private patio. Plus, the pools and outdoor lounges made for the perfect chill sessions after exploring.

Can recommend! ❤️✨

The location is stellar. Perfectly situated, everything is within walking distance. The staff is friendly and attentive; from valet to the bar, their warmth enhances the experience. The indoor pool is fantastic, and the grounds are pristine. The room is spacious, featuring a lovely bathroom and an electric fireplace, but sound insulation is a glaring issue. Conversations from adjacent rooms echoed, disrupting sleep. cleanliness needs improvement—our patio was dirty, and a towel was stained upon arrival. Dining was overpriced, with long wait times due to under-staffing. Mismanaged spa appointments added to the frustration. With such potential and an excellent setting, more attention to detail could make this place outstanding.

The lobby greets you like a warm hug. The staff is lively, and the pool area is a hit for lazy days.

Parking sure gets tight at peak times.

The hotel is right in the heart of Gatlinburg, making it super easy to walk to all the attractions like the Gatlinburg SkyLift Park, which is just over a kilometer away, or the Great Smoky Mountains National Park that's less than a 5-minute walk; with friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms featuring balconies with great views, it really felt like a fun escape while still being just steps away from shops, restaurants and live music, but the WiFi could be a bit better for when you want to relax in your room.

Service shone from the moment I arrived, especially the friendly valet and personable bartender. The vibrant, beachy decor created a relaxing atmosphere, and the location was unbeatable. my room had several disappointments: a lackluster view blocked by a tree, low water pressure, and some cleanliness issues. Noise disturbed my sleep, and in-room dining didn’t meet expectations. Staff remained pleasant and responsive to complaints, which was appreciated. Prices felt a touch steep for the value offered, but the ambiance and location may bring me back despite the frustrations.

So, the bed and pillows were not the best. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The room also struggled to get warm even with the heat on high. The smart home air system didn't seem to work well for heating. Being able to walk back to the room after a night out on the strip was super convenient. And can we talk about the shower? Absolutely amazing! It was a highlight of my stay for sure. Now, onto some issues. The valet parking situation was a bit chaotic with cones blocking spots, including the handicapped ones. Not cool. the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. Crumbs on the floor, dust on the lamps, and spider webs on the balcony furniture made me a bit uneasy. On a brighter note, I did enjoy the atmosphere and the rain showers were a real treat. The staff was friendly, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. Margaritaville has its charms, but there are definitely areas that could use some improvement. Hope this helps you in making your decision for your next getaway!

The staff was welcoming and efficient, and the hotel had a vibrant and colorful design that felt relaxing. The location was convenient, close to various attractions in town. The outdoor areas were well-maintained, with cozy fire pits and comfortable furniture. Plus, the pools were a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the pool from our room.

The room cleanliness was inconsistent, with issues like unemptied garbage cans and unwiped surfaces. Additionally, there were concerns about security, as the room was improperly secured by maid service.

I had a blast with island decor and friendly staff. The spa made my worries melt away. Even Ripley's Aquarium was a short walk away. Pure escapism!

Paying top dollar, yet not even a free glass of water. Seriously?

It's a fantastic spot for the little ones to run around, play, and make new friends while parents can relax and enjoy some downtime. The resort serves as a great home base for outdoor adventures, offering easy access to hiking trails and beautiful scenery. Whether it's a busy day exploring Gatlinburg or a leisurely evening stroll around the river, this place has something for everyone.

My wife says that the resort could benefit from having more children's activities available.

The lobby smelled amazing as soon as we walked in, and the decor was spot on. With a bar and restaurant on-site, we never had to wander far for a tasty meal or drink. Our room was spacious and clean, complete with comfy robes and a luxurious bathroom setup featuring a separate tub and large counters. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we relished the rejuvenation from a couple's massage at the spa. The location made it easy to explore the nearby shops and attractions.

The check-in process was a bit slow, and some of the staff initially seemed a tad unwelcoming.

My friends and I had a blast at the resort, hitting up the best spots in Gatlinburg. The evenings of live music were off the hook! Plus, the concrete walk around the river was perfect for a romantic stroll with bae.

Wish they had more exciting nightlife options for us young party animals! .

Our stay at a resort in the center of Gatlinburg was everything we could have asked for as budget traveler guests. The spacious rooms had luxurious amenities like a dual head shower and separate soaking tub. There were plenty of relaxing spots on the property, including a large pool and covered patio area with a fireplace and fire pit. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the Smoky Mountains and the main strip of Gatlinburg.

The only minor issue we experienced was finding some melted ice cream on the nightstand in our room upon arrival. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been better to have a clean surface.
